Nabertherm Bottom Plates and Collecting Pans for Muffle Furnaces
Nabertherm Bottom Plates and Collecting Pans protect your furnace floor from spills and wear. Available in Ceramic (ribbed or pan style) and Stainless Steel. Compatible with L, LT, LE, LV, and N series furnaces. Essential for maintaining furnace longevity.
Protect the insulation and heating elements of your “Made in Germany” furnace with Nabertherm Bottom Plates and Collecting Pans. These accessories are essential for keeping your furnace chamber clean and ensuring easy loading and unloading of samples.
We offer three specific types of protection to suit your process:
- Ceramic Ribbed Plates: These provide a stable surface and allow for air circulation under the charge. They are ideal for general protection.
- Ceramic Collecting Pans: These are essential if your process involves materials that might melt, flow, or act aggressively. They catch spills and protect the porous insulation below. Recommended for batches sensitive to tipping.
- Stainless Steel Collecting Pans (Material 1.4828): A durable option for catching debris. Note: Steel pans may deform or distort under high heat; ceramic is recommended for higher temperatures.
Key Benefits:
- Floor Protection: Prevents damage to the furnace bottom insulation from spills or mechanical wear.
- Easy Maintenance: It is much easier (and cheaper) to replace a collecting pan than to repair the furnace floor.
- Versatility: Sizes available to fit models L, LT, LE, LV, LVT, and N series.
These plates and pans are designed to fit specific Nabertherm furnace models. Please check the compatibility table in the “Technical Specifications” tab to ensure you select the correct size for your unit.
