Nabertherm Chamber Furnaces for Annealing, Hardening and Brazing up to 1280 °C

For harsh laboratory use, such as the heat treatment of metals, you need robust insulation. Consequently, the Nabertherm N Series Chamber Furnace is the perfect “Made in Germany” solution for this problem. These furnaces are ideal for annealing, hardening, and brazing processes up to 1280 °C. Furthermore, they are so robust they can even handle high-performance applications like the annealing of titanium for medical use.

The furnace chamber features **three-sided heating** (from both side walls and the bottom) for excellent temperature uniformity. The heating elements are mounted on support tubes, allowing them to radiate heat freely for a long service life. In addition, the bottom heating is protected by a heavy-duty, heat-resistant **SiC plate**, which also provides a flat stacking surface.

Every N Series furnace includes a premium set of standard features:

• Max Temperature: 1280 °C.
• Three-Side Heating: From both sides and the bottom for excellent uniformity (+/- 10 °C).
• SiC Floor Plate: Protects the bottom heating elements and provides a durable, flat surface.
• Multi-Layer Insulation: Provides low energy consumption (RCF-free and non-carcinogenic).
• Parallel-Swinging Door: The door swings down and away, protecting the operator from heat radiation.
• Door Dampers: Door movement is cushioned by gas dampers/struts.
• Stainless Steel Jamb: A steel plate on the upper door jamb protects the furnace when opened hot.
• Venting System: Includes an exhaust opening in the side or rear wall.
• Standard Controller: Comes with the B500 controller (5 programs, 4 segments).
• Data Recording: Includes NTLog Basic for recording process data via a USB flash drive.
• Base Frame: Models N 31/H and larger include a base frame. (N 7/H – N 17/HR are tabletop models).
