Optimize the throughput of your “Made in Germany” high-temperature furnace with Nabertherm Ceramic Saggars. These high-quality ceramic containers are designed to protect your charge (such as zirconia dental bridges or technical ceramics) and maximize the usable space inside the furnace chamber.
By using these saggars, you can stack your charge on multiple levels, effectively doubling or tripling the capacity of a single firing cycle. We offer two distinct types to fit our specific furnace ranges:
1. Square Saggars (Tmax 1600 °C)
Designed for the LHT and LHTC series furnaces. These square saggars feature special cut-outs for improved ventilation, ensuring the heat reaches the charge evenly. You can stack up to three saggars in most models.
2. Round Saggars (Tmax 1650 °C)
Designed specifically for the LHT .. LB Speed (Bottom Loading) furnaces. These round saggars fit the cylindrical chamber perfectly and allow for stacking up to three levels, maximizing the efficiency of your bottom-loading process.
These saggars are designed as a modular system to fit your specific furnace model.
System Accessories:
- Ceramic Lid: The top saggar in a stack can be closed with a matching ceramic lid. This prevents contamination from above and creates a stable setting for the top layer.
- Ventilation Design: The square saggars feature engineered cut-outs to ensure air circulation even when stacked, preventing heat spots or uneven sintering.
