Its key innovation is a unique design where the heating wires are wound directly onto the ceramic working tube. This makes the tube itself part of the heating system, resulting in exceptionally fast heat-up rates (just 20 minutes to 1000 °C). This furnace is designed for reliable horizontal operation up to 1100 °C.
