




The Nabertherm HTC high-temperature furnace is a “Made in Germany” all-rounder for the professional laboratory. Its durable **SiC rod heating** and very high heating speed make it a perfect choice for sintering technical ceramics. In fact, for some processes like sintering zirconium oxide, the SiC rods reduce chemical interaction and are more suitable than MoSi₂ elements.
These furnaces feature vertically hung SiC rods that heat from both sides. Furthermore, the high-quality, RCF-free fiber insulation and a long-life roof insulation provide for excellent energy efficiency. The construction is based on the proven HT product line, with a dual-shell housing, reinforced floor, and a parallel swivel door for operator safety.
Standard Equipment:
Every HTC series furnace includes these premium “Made in Germany” features:
- Max Temperature: 1550 °C (Recommended working temp 1500 °C).
- SiC Rod Heating: Vertically mounted SiC heating rods for fast heat-up.
- Advanced Insulation: High-quality, multi-layer fiber insulation (RCF-free and non-carcinogenic).
- Parallel Swivel Door: A chain-guided, parallel swinging door opens downwards, so the hot face is always away from the operator.
- Reinforced Floor: Protects the bottom insulation and allows for loading heavy weights (distributed load 5 kg/dm²).
- Labyrinth Door Seal: Ensures the least possible temperature loss.
- Advanced Venting: A vapor vent in the roof with a motorized exhaust air flap, controlled by the program.
- Advanced Controller: Comes standard with the powerful **P570 controller** (50 programs, 40 segments each).
- Data Recording: Includes NTLog Basic for recording process data via a USB flash drive.
- Stainless Steel Exhaust Hood: Includes an interface to your facility’s exhaust system.
