Rotary Tube Furnaces for Batch Operation up to 1100 °C

The Nabertherm Rotary Tube Furnace (RSRB series) is the professional “Made in Germany” solution for heat-treating materials in **batch operation**. Its primary feature is the **continuous rotation of the working tube**, which keeps the charge (like powders or granules) in constant motion. This ensures an exceptionally uniform heat treatment for the entire batch.

The standard system uses a special **quartz glass reactor with tapered ends**. This unique shape keeps the material contained within the heated zone during rotation. For emptying, the furnace has a **split-type (hinged) design** and a **beltless drive**, making it very easy to remove the entire reactor. This furnace also features free-radiating heating elements for very fast heat-up rates.

The RSRB 1100 °C series is available in five different sizes, with tube diameters of 80 mm or 120 mm, and heated lengths up to 1000 mm. All models are tabletop units, though an optional base with casters is available.
