




Compact Tube Furnaces up to 1300 °C
The Nabertherm R Series Tube Furnaces are universal “Made in Germany” units with an excellent price-to-performance ratio. Available in 1200 °C or 1300 °C models, they feature free-radiating heating elements, a C 530 ceramic tube, and a B510 controller. Optional 3-zone control and gas systems are available.
The Nabertherm R Series Tube Furnaces are universal, “Made in Germany” furnaces for a wide variety of laboratory processes. They are defined by their excellent price-to-performance ratio, high-quality RCF-free insulation, and a robust dual-shell stainless steel housing for low surface temperatures.
Unlike basic models, these furnaces feature **heating elements on support tubes**. This allows the elements to **radiate heat freely** and directly onto the working tube, resulting in excellent temperature uniformity and a long service life. This series is available in 1200 °C or 1300 °C versions and a wide range of tube diameters and heated lengths.

- Three-Zoned Design: For models with a heated length of 500 mm or more, a three-zoned design is available to significantly optimize temperature uniformity.
- Over-Temperature Limiter: A critical safety feature (thermal protection class 2) with an adjustable cutout temperature to protect the furnace and your valuable load.
- Charge Control: Allows for temperature measurement directly within the working tube (requires a temperature sensor port).
- Gas Supply Systems: A wide range of gas supply systems (1, 15, 2, or 4) are available for operating with non-flammable protective or reactive gases.
