Nabertherm Forced Convection Chamber Furnaces – Tabletop Design (NAT Series)
The Nabertherm NAT Series is a “Made in Germany” compact, tabletop chamber oven available in 650 °C or 850 °C models. It features high-performance horizontal forced air circulation for outstanding temperature uniformity (as low as +/- 5 °C). Ideal for tempering, aging, or preheating.
The Nabertherm NAT series of forced convection chamber furnaces are “Made in Germany” and characterized by their outstanding temperature uniformity. Due to their compact tabletop design, these furnaces are perfectly suited for installation in laboratories or rooms with limited space. Moreover, their high-performance air circulation makes them ideal for complex heat treatment processes.
Applications include the preheating of components for shrink-fit processes, heat treatment of metals (such as aging, stress relieving, or tempering), and the heat treatment of glass. Consequently, this series is a versatile and reliable tool for any advanced material testing lab.
Standard Equipment:
Every Nabertherm NAT furnace includes a robust set of standard features:
- “Made in Germany” Quality: Engineered for precision and a long service life.
- Max Temperature: Available in 650 °C or 850 °C models.
- High Uniformity: Horizontal forced air circulation with stainless steel baffles provides uniformity up to +/− 5 °C (for NAT 15/65).
- Advanced Controller: Comes standard with the B500/B510 controller (5 programs, 4 segments).
- Standard Safety Feature: Includes an over-temperature limiter with an adjustable cutout temperature to protect the oven and load.
- Durable Housing: Dual-shell ventilated housing made of textured stainless steel for low surface temperatures.
- RCF-Free Insulation: Exclusive use of high-quality, non-carcinogenic insulation materials.
- Venting System: Adjustable exhaust port in the furnace ceiling and a 15 mm port (not for NAT 15/65).
- Quiet Operation: Uses solid-state relays for low-noise heating.
- Data & Software: Includes NTLog Basic for USB data recording, plus freeware NTEdit (Excel) and NTGraph for PC, and the MyNabertherm App for mobile monitoring.
You can upgrade your Nabertherm NAT furnace with several key options to match your specific process needs.
