Nabertherm Forced Convection Chamber Furnaces up to 500 Liter Safety Technology
The Nabertherm NA .. LS Series is a “Made in Germany” Chamber Furnace with advanced safety technology. It is fully compliant with EN 1539 for safely drying charges containing solvents up to 450 °C. Available in models up to 500 liters, it features a powerful exhaust fan, monitored airflow, and a **P570 controller** as standard.
The Nabertherm NA .. LS Series is a “Made in Germany” chamber furnace specifically designed for processes involving flammable substances, such as drying components with solvent residues or curing paints. In fact, these furnaces are fully compliant with the safety standard EN 1539.
Unlike standard ovens, the NA .. LS series features a high-powered heating system and a powerful exhaust fan to ensure high air exchange rates and constant underpressure in the furnace. Moreover, the system includes monitored air circulation and exhaust, providing an ideal and safe solution for complex thermal processes. Applications include drying paints, evaporating solvents, and heat-treating charges that release flammable vapors.
