The Nabertherm LHT .. LB Speed is a “Made in Germany” high-temperature furnace (1650 °C) with a motorized bottom-loading table for easy charging. It features durable MoSi₂ heating elements, all-around heating for high uniformity, and a P580 controller as standard. Ideal for technical ceramics.
The Nabertherm LHT .. LB Speed series is a “Made in Germany” high-temperature furnace that is exceptionally easy to charge. Its key feature is the **electrically driven lifting table**, which allows you to build your charge on the table and then raise it precisely into the furnace with the push of a button.
The furnace provides outstanding temperature uniformity thanks to its **all-around heating** (3-sided or 4-sided, depending on the model). Furthermore, high-quality Molybdenum Disilicide (MoSi₂) heating elements offer very good protection against chemical interaction between your charge and the elements, ensuring a long service life.
Standard Equipment:
Every LHT .. LB Speed furnace includes these premium “Made in Germany” features:
- Max Temperature: 1650 °C.
- Motorized Bottom-Loading Table: A precise, motorized toothed belt drive opens or closes the table in approximately 30 seconds.
- All-Around Heating: Provides very good temperature uniformity (3-sided for LHT 02/17 LB Speed, 4-sided for LHT 01/17 LB Speed).
- MoSi₂ Heating Elements: High-quality, durable heating elements with excellent protection against chemical interaction.
- RCF-Free Insulation: Exclusive use of high-quality, non-carcinogenic insulation materials.
