The Environmental Stress Crack Resistance (ESCR) Testing Device from Azmoon Polymer Sepahan (APS) is a precise instrument designed to evaluate the resistance of materials, particularly polymers and plastics, to crack growth under the combined influence of stress and environmental factors. This device is essential for simulating crack propagation behavior and assessing the influence of temperature on material integrity.

ESCR Testing Machine Features:
- Stainless Steel Oil Bath: Features a durable oil bath (internal dimensions 27×24×24 cm) for maintaining a uniform and controlled temperature for all samples.
- Precise Temperature Control: High-precision temperature control with a resolution of 0.1°C and a maximum temperature of 120°C.
- Integrated Stirring Motor: Ensures uniformity of the liquid’s temperature throughout the bath.
- Borosilicate Glass Test Tubes: Includes standard borosilicate test tubes (200 mm length, 32 mm OD) with protective caps.
- Specimen Holder Tray: A stainless steel tray capable of holding up to 10 test tubes simultaneously.
Included Specimen Preparation Tools:
- Manual Punch Tools & Rectangular Mold: Includes manual punches and a 13×38 mm mold to prepare standardized test specimens.
- Groove-Punching (Notching) Mold: Allows for the creation of controlled, standardized notches in test samples to simulate crack initiation.
- Specialized Clamps & Tongs: Includes specialized clamps for bending the specimens and tongs for their safe and accurate transfer.
