Overview
The Cometech YY-S20 Screw Penetrator is purpose-built for testing the penetration performance of self-tapping and self-drilling screws against steel plate substrates.
The operator clamps the target iron plate on the lower fixture, programs the axial load and rotation speed via the servo-motor control panel, and initiates the test — the screw rotates and drives itself through the plate while the machine captures the total penetration time and torque data.
Optional data acquisition software enables digital recording and curve analysis for R&D and production quality control.
