Overview
Cometech WD-M013 Optical Film Abrasion Tester is designed for light-load friction testing on surface-treated optical films, textile color fastness evaluation, and print/coating adhesion testing.
The specimen is placed on a movable reciprocating platform; the abrasion head is designed with a tare/zero function that cancels out its own weight so that only the operator-set test load is applied to the specimen surface — ensuring accurate, reproducible friction force.
Test speed (10–100 mm/s), stroke (10–120mm), load (50–2000g), and test cycle count (up to 9,999,999) are all independently settable, with automatic stop at the programmed cycle count.
