Overview
Cometech QC-GF-300 Densimeter measures material density using the Archimedes principle — the specimen is first weighed in air, then weighed while submerged in water (or another liquid), and the built-in program automatically calculates and displays the density without any manual calculation.
This method places no limitation on the shape of the specimen — rods, sheets, granules, molded parts, and irregular shapes can all be measured directly.
The instrument uses a VFD fluorescence display for clear readout and achieves 0.001g resolution with a 1-second response time, making it suitable for fast, high-precision QC density checks in rubber, plastic, and metal manufacturing workflows.
