The Cometech QC-DR1 Full-Auto Rockwell Hardness Tester automates every stage of the Rockwell hardness test cycle — platform lifting, load selection, load application and hold, unloading, and result calculation — entirely without operator intervention, reducing human error and dramatically increasing testing throughput.
A 5.2" color touch screen displays real-time test parameters and results, including automatic Max/Min/Average/deviation statistics and direct hardness scale conversion across 15+ scales (HRC, HV, HBS, HBW, HK, HS, and more) without referencing external contrast tables.
With 2000 single-result and 1000 group-result memory capacity, line chart data analysis, upper/lower limit pass/fail functions, and optional PC software, the QC-DR1 is suited to both production-line quality control and laboratory research environments.
