Overview
Cometech QC-803A / QC-803K / QC-803J Rollers are specimen-preparation tools for pressure-sensitive adhesive tape testing.
Before a peel adhesion or holding power test, the tape must be bonded onto the steel plate or substrate with a controlled, repeatable pressing force — which is exactly what this roller provides.
The QC-803A is a manual hand roller; the user holds it and rolls it back and forth once over the specimen at a steady pace.
The QC-803K and QC-803J are motor-driven: the user places the specimen under the roller and presses start, and the machine automatically completes one back-and-forth pass at 300 mm/min (or settable speed).
