Overview
Cometech QC-803A / QC-803M are standard specimen-preparation rollers for pressure-sensitive adhesive tape testing.
Before peel adhesion or holding power tests, tape must be bonded to the steel plate with a controlled, consistent pressing force — the QC-803A does this manually while the QC-803M automates the process using a motor-driven roller with a 2.8-inch capacitive touch screen interface.
The motorized QC-803M digitally controls rolling speed (50–1000 mm/min), number of passes (up to 9999), and pasting distance (up to 300 mm), providing superior repeatability over manual application.
