QC-674A is a programmable hot press designed to form plastic, rubber, and other materials into plates by controlled heating and pressurizing for sample preparation, R&D, and specimen flattening.

  • Capacities: 100 / 200 / 300 / 500 kN; 300 × 300 mm heating plates (custom sizes available).
  • Programmable control: 7-inch color touch screen with 8-stage pressure/time programming to improve uniformity and reduce bubbles.
  • Cooling efficiency: Water cooling support plus selectable cooling-rate settings to shorten cooling time and improve productivity.

Overview

The Cometech QC‑674A Programmable Hot Press provides stable pressure and temperature control to mold raw materials into consistent plates for downstream testing and product development.

The controller supports multi-stage operation (up to 8 stages) for pressure/time control, helping reduce operator variation and improve molding repeatability.

A real-time pressure/temperature graph view helps users monitor the forming process, and a manual mode is also available for flexible operation.
