Overview

The Cometech QC-622H Surface Hardness Abrasion Tester is designed to measure the durability of surface treatments such as painting, plating, coating, dyeing, and finishing.
It supports abrasion evaluation using different wear media/heads (e.g., cotton, sand paper, steel wool, eraser) to assess wear condition and surface appearance changes.
Test conditions can be configured to match different standards or internal methods, including speed, stroke (abrasion distance), abrasion head selection, load, and specimen appearance requirements.
