Overview

The Cometech QC-41111M1F Programmable Torque Tester uses a precision servo motor to apply controlled, steady torsion to a specimen by rotating the lower clamp in either clockwise or counter-clockwise direction, while the torque sensor mounted at the top captures the full torque-angle and torque-time curve in real time at up to 1200 Hz sampling rate.
Six interchangeable torque capacity options (3, 6, 10, 15, 50, and 100 N·m) combined with a programmable speed range of 0.05–30 RPM cover an extremely wide range of applications — from delicate pharmaceutical and cosmetic bottle caps to industrial torque wrenches and motor shafts.
The dedicated PC software, operated via TCP/IP connection, enables multi-step test programming, upper/lower limit evaluation, flexible data analysis, and export in 6 available interface languages.

Key Features

  • Servo motor drive — stable, precise rotation from 0.05 to 30.00 RPM for both slow-torque and high-speed applications.
  • 6 torque capacity options: 3 / 6 / 10 / 15 / 50 / 100 N·m — flexible for a broad application range.
  • 1/50,000 FS resolution with 1200 Hz data sampling rate for high-precision torque curve analysis.
  • 7" TFT color touch display showing real-time torque value and curve during test.
  • PC software (TCP/IP): multi-step and cycle test programming, user-defined formulas, upper/lower limit pass/fail, graph marking, data save/load/compare.
  • Software protection: over displacement, over load, over time, max torsion drop — auto-stop on trigger.
  • Customized fixtures per specimen (bottle caps, torque wrenches, motors, bearings); manual height adjustment for upper grip.
  • Torque units: MN·m, kN·m, N·m, N·cm, mN·m, kgf·m, kgf·cm, kgf·mm, gf·cm, gf·mm, lbf·ft, lbf·in, ozf·in.
  • Angle units: deg, rad, rev; speed units: RPH, RPM, RPS.
  • Languages: Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese.
