Overview
Cometech QC-309D Motor Twist Counter for Yarn measures twist based on the principle that yarn length changes as twist is added/removed.
A pointer or sensor detects yarn change and the instrument calculates the twist value, which is an important reference for textile process control and QC.
The machine uses an F1C controller, provides pretension recommendations for different yarns, and shows real-time test information on-screen for better control and post-test statistical analysis.
For high-twist yarns, the machine can reduce speed before the test begins to improve measurement precision.

Test Notes (Important)
- Auto mode is suitable only for single yarn.
