Overview

Cometech M2F Controller is the advanced tier in Cometech's controller lineup, designed for high-precision multi-task material testing.
Compared to the D1 and M1F, it offers superior load cell resolution (31-bit, 1/100,000 precision), more encoder and I/O inputs, and an expanded D-Sub connector for integrating additional test mechanisms into the same system.
It operates in stand-alone mode via its built-in 7-inch TFT touch panel or connects to a Windows PC via TCP/IP (RJ45) for full software-driven test control, real-time plotting, multi-curve analysis, and comprehensive data export.

Stand-Alone Mode Features

  • Optional dedicated software; users may also develop custom software using the open communication protocol.
  • Jog controller for precise crosshead positioning (mouse, keyboard, and up/down buttons).
  • Optional anti-collision function for load cell protection.
