Overview
Cometech M1F Controller is an intermediate-grade, multi-task material testing controller that can analyze signals from load cells, torque sensors, pressure sensors, and encoders.
It supports both stand-alone operation via its built-in 7-inch TFT color touch panel and full PC-software mode (M1F software, Windows-compatible) connected via TCP/IP RJ45 for real-time control, multi-curve display, and comprehensive test analysis.
Recorded test data can be saved via USB to Excel-compatible format for additional analysis, and users can optionally purchase dedicated M1F software or develop their own interface using the open communication protocol.
Stand-Alone Mode
- Real-time display of Force, Stress, Torque, Displacement, and Time on 7-inch TFT color touch panel.
- Graph display: Force, Displacement, Time.
- Data analysis: maximum force, interval force, force at break point, deformation %, stress, % elongation, and more.
