- Dedicated controller for material testing machines — analyzes load cells, torque sensors, pressure sensors, encoders, and other input signal types in stand-alone or PC-connected mode.
- 7-inch TFT color touch panel with Chinese, English, and Japanese language support; displays Force, Stress, Torque, Displacement, and Time in real time.
- Connects to PC via TCP/IP (RJ45) for two-way communication; data can be exported to Excel via USB or analyzed using optional dedicated software.
- Data sampling rate up to 1200 Hz; load cell resolution 1/10,000; supports metric and imperial unit switching.

Overview
Cometech D1 Controller is a standalone digital controller designed for use with material testing machines including universal tensile testers, compression machines, and other servo-driven test equipment.
It supports a wide range of input signals (load cells, torque sensors, pressure sensors, encoders) and allows machines to operate in stand-alone mode using the built-in 7-inch TFT touch panel or in PC-connected mode via TCP/IP RJ45 interface for full software-driven analysis.
Test data is exportable via USB directly to Excel, and an optional dedicated D1 software package extends analysis and reporting capabilities.
Stand-Alone Mode Capabilities
- Displays real-time Force, Stress, Torque, Displacement, and Time on the 7-inch color touch panel.
- Graph display: Force, Displacement, Time.
- Data analysis: maximum force, deformation % at max force point, stress at max force point, % elongation at max force point, force at break point, deformation % at break point, stress at break point, % elongation at specified break point, interval average load, max force, and more.
- Metric and imperial unit switching.
- Calibrated parameter setting available; load cell can be replaced without recalibration.
PC Mode (Optional Software)
- TCP/IP two-way transmission via RJ45 — PC directly controls machine actions.
- Import and display multiple test datasets simultaneously.
- Flexible table for customized data analysis.
- Export test data to Excel for further analysis.
- Optional dedicated software required for full PC-mode access.
