Combi High-Temperature Furnace LHT 08/17 BO up to 1750 °C with integrated catalytic post combustion
The Nabertherm LHT 08/17 BO Combi Furnace is a “Made in Germany” 2-in-1 solution. It performs **debinding/ashing up to 600°C** and subsequent **sintering up to 1750°C** in one unit. It features integrated catalytic post combustion, **MoSi₂ heating**, and a **P580 controller** as standard.
The Nabertherm LHT 08/17 BO is a unique “Made in Germany” combi furnace that provides a 2-in-1 solution for advanced labs. In fact, it complements our standard ashing furnaces by providing a solution for debinding/ashing processes up to 600 °C with a subsequent sintering process at high temperatures (up to 1700 °C working temperature) in a single unit.
This compact furnace is ideal for research and development, ashing samples that require post-sintering, or for debinding and sintering small additively manufactured components. Furthermore, the LHT 08/17 BO features a passive safety system with integrated exhaust gas post combustion. An exhaust fan actively feeds pre-heated fresh air for the ashing process, while exhaust gases are extracted, incinerated, and catalytically cleaned.

Every LHT 08/17 BO furnace includes these premium “Made in Germany” features as standard:
- Max Temperature: 1750 °C (Tmax 600 °C for the debinding/ashing process).
- 2-in-1 Process: Combines ashing/debinding and high-temperature sintering in one furnace.
- MoSi₂ Heating Elements: High-quality Molybdenum Disilicide heating elements (heating from two sides).
- Integrated Post Combustion: A thermal/catalytic converter (functional up to 600 °C) with temperature control up to 850 °C.
- Advanced Controller: Comes standard with the powerful **P580 controller** (50 programs, 40 segments each).
- Standard Safety Feature: Includes an over-temperature limiter with an adjustable cutout temperature to protect the furnace and load.
- Advanced Venting: Fresh air is preheated by an additional heating element for excellent temperature uniformity.
- Lift Door: A spring-supported lift door with a mechanical lock to prevent unintended opening.
- RCF-Free Insulation: Exclusive use of high-quality, non-carcinogenic insulation materials.
