The Nabertherm Ashing Furnace LV(T) ../11 series is specifically designed for high-oxygen ashing processes in the laboratory. It is the ideal “Made in Germany” solution for applications like determining loss on ignition, ashing food, or ashing polymers and plastics for subsequent substance analysis.

Its most critical feature is a **special fresh-air and exhaust system that replaces the air 6 times per minute**. This guarantees there is always sufficient oxygen for a complete and rapid ashing process. To ensure high precision, the incoming air is pre-heated by passing the furnace heating, which provides excellent temperature uniformity (to ±10 °C).

• Multi-Level Charging Rack: Efficiently load the furnace in two levels with this rack. It includes perforated trays and a holder for insertion/removal (up to 800 °C). Max load per layer is 2 kg (LV 9/11) or 3 kg (LV 15/11).
