Overview

The Cometech QC-41111D2 Automatic Torque Tester is a bench-top instrument that applies controlled rotational torsion via a 24V DC motor, driving the lower clamp clockwise or counter-clockwise while the upper-mounted torque sensor captures the full torque-angle and torque-time relationship at up to 1200 Hz sampling rate.
Unlike the QC-41111M1F (servo motor, software-only operation), the QC-41111D2 features a 7" TFT color touch display for fully standalone operation without a PC — making it a practical choice for production-line QC environments where a dedicated computer is not available.
Optional PC software can be added for advanced test programming, upper/lower limit pass/fail evaluation, and detailed data analysis via TCP/IP connection.
