Overview
Cometech QC-603G Hardness Specimen Cutting Device is designed for hard, flat polymer materials that require mold-based trimming to achieve standard specimen shapes.
The machine clamps slightly oversized molded material onto a fixture/mold and slowly feeds it through the cutting blade to remove excess material and produce a finished specimen.
Operators can adjust cutting speed (high or low RPM) based on material hardness and cutting characteristics, and the precision track system ensures stable, safe operation with reduced vibration.
