The Automatic Laboratory Hot Press from Azmoon Polymer Sepahan (APS) is an advanced tool for the preparation of various test plaques, sheets, and films from polymer and rubber compounds. This device is equipped with an automatic hydraulic pressure system, which allows for precise and repeatable programming of temperature, force, and pressing time.
Supplied by PTS Lab, this press features a 4.3-inch color touchscreen display for easy operation and precise setting adjustments. As a result, it is an efficient and versatile tool for the polymer industry.

- Precision Heating System: Uniform heat distribution across the heating plates is ensured by an advanced PID control system, which maintains a temperature of up to 300°C with a resolution of 0.1°C.
- Integrated Cooling System: Features an integrated cooling system for the plates with adjustable solenoid valves. This improves both process speed and final sample quality.
- Programmable Operation: Allows for full programming of temperature, force, pressing time, and cooling time, enabling a variety of processes to be carried out effectively.
