The Thermal Cycling Test Machine by Azmoon Polymer Sepahan (APS) is an advanced laboratory instrument. It is designed to simulate temperature variations and evaluate the long-term performance of components, particularly polymer pipes and fittings, under changing thermal conditions.
Supplied by PTS Lab, this device plays a crucial role in assessing thermal resistance, mechanical stability, and material lifespan. Furthermore, it is essential for industries like automotive, petrochemical, aerospace, and construction.

- Advanced Connectivity: Connects to a PC via network port (LAN) or wireless (Wi-Fi). It includes sophisticated software for controlling tests and storing results on an internal data logger.
- Intuitive 7-inch Touchscreen: A large, full-color touchscreen (Windows OS) simplifies the process of adjusting settings and monitoring test data, including real-time graphs.
- Hot & Cold Water Tanks: Equipped with two separate stainless steel insulated tanks for hot and cold water, enabling rapid temperature cycling and precise adjustment. The hot tank can reach up to 70°C.
- Precision Flow & Pressure: Features a continuous and adjustable volumetric flow rate (10 to 40 L/min). In addition, stainless steel multistage pumps generate pressures up to 15 bar with an accuracy of 0.1 bar, all managed by an advanced inverter.
- Multiple Output Lines: Comes standard with three output lines with uniform pressure, with the option to increase the number of lines as needed.
- Robust Design: Built with a robust frame and sliding aluminum doors on both sides, facilitating quick and convenient access to the test samples.
